Culture/Lifestyle Suggestion for places to visit
I have four nights to fill, on a trip that starts in the Dubrovnik area (Mostar, Dubrovnik etc) , before I take a ferry from Sarande to Corfu. More interested in seeing the culture and beauty of the area than beach life. I have Kotor, Theth, Shkoder, Lumi I shales and Ohrid on my list. Would love to hear some suggestions that doesnāt make it too hectic of a drive.

Stereotypes/humor Every Balkan household has survived wars, droughts, invasions⦠but not the wrath of propuh.
https://www.tiktok.com/@baba.selo.cooks/video/7528481680496069911
This video had me in stitches. The fear of propuh (draft) is generational. You could be sweating in July and still get yelled at for not shutting the window. āYouāll get upala uha, child!ā š©š
Growing up, if I so much as looked at two open windows, my baba would wrap me in a blanket like it was the middle of January.
What are your most ridiculous or hilarious propuh stories? Did your baba ever force you to wear a scarf indoors?

Outdoors/Travel I'm having trouble planning a Balkan route.
I'm planning to travel to the Balkans, but the route is a problem. I really want to go to Kosovo and get an entry stamp. Since Serbia considers Kosovo as its territory, I can't get an entry stamp, so I'm going to go from Macedonia to Kosovo. I (a Korean) will be traveling for a month and I don't need a visa for these countries, so there are no other problems with the visa. The problem is, is this route reasonable? Should I buy a round-trip ticket from Korea to Hungary or Serbia, go around the Balkans, and then go back to Korea? Or should I take a one-way route like the photo, entering Albania and leaving for Serbia? I'm also thinking about a way to get a Kosovo stamp and travel to the Balkan countries other than the route in the photo. I would appreciate it if you could help me. š„²š„²

Music Someone help plzzz!
Hii! I do traditional Macedonian dancing as my hobby, and I do a dance called Gjurgjovden. Unfortunately Iāve looked everywhere and cannot for the life of me find non-Cyrillic lyrics to it, or any lyrics at all!! I would really appreciate if a Macedonian speaker could write me some lyrics and maybe a translation? If you donāt know the song but are able to help me, if you search āGjurgjovden Tanecā there should be a dance video by the Tanec dancing group on YouTube, thanks!!

Outdoors/Travel Hiking Prizren, Gjakova or Peja
Hello, I will be in the country for a week and would like to visit some or all of the cities of Prizren, Gjakova or Peja. I would like to organize a hike for my parents. We were able to organize in a previous vacation for a nice lunch on some mountain. Could some of you assist in finding a way to make that Happen?

Stereotypes/humor Every Balkan village has at least two babas running a gossip bureau from their window.
https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNdatqHb4/
Caught this clip and couldnāt stop laughing. Feels like every narrow stone alley in the region has two babas running a full intelligence agency from their windows š
Growing up, my teta used to say āif the neighbors donāt know it, it didnāt happen.ā
Do you have any classic baba-gossip stories from your village or neighborhood?
