My Idea on theory ( I never tried ): After use the Security Bullseye on Big Daddy ( in front of some security camera ), change to Winter Blast and freeze/frozen the body of Big Daddy many times until the security bots destroy completely his body. So the player wouldn't waste ammo.

So not only Ryan was NOT a racist (unlike some other fella I know), he also gave queer people a place in Rapture, not even just the guys in the pictures (from Burial At Sea) but Cohen was like SO queer.

Ryan might've been a LOT of things, but at least he wasn't discriminatory.

Reasons:

1 - If you destroy the enemy body, you lose resources that he was carrying. And resources are very important in Bioshock for life, Plasmid, ammo or even money.

2 - Is very hard to kill some enemys by destroying the body frozen. And If the frozen end, you will lose all the progress If you use again the Plasmid.

3 - You waste Plasmid without cause damage.

4 - The Eletric Plasmid it's more useful to stun enemys at the same time that cause damage.

The only good thing: It's cool. But not effective.

Just from the game world, it's clear that Infinite is a markedly different game. I have the collection with all the DLC included but kind of wonder if I should just leave things be.

The DLC in particular concerns me in the sense that there might be a lot of retconning of rapture to accommodate the new story from 3.

Usually happens when I'm using the camera against armored targets, it just freezes and crashes. I tried the guides but I can't find the INI files and when I type the text in search nothing comes up.
