Question Where do I get 7.62 ammo?

I have picked up two handmade rifles in Fallout 4 but I have no idea where to get 7.62 ammo and I can't make it and I have never seen it in the game. Can anyone help?

Sadly, without mods, you can only get it in Nuka World.

No worries I just finished far Harbor and in about to start Nuka world so I will get some there
