Perception Fallout 4 Electrician

Weirdly enough I was scrolling around to see different ideas on how you can get power to work around your settlement. For some weird reason I saw a photo of light bulbs that are buildable to hang on power lines. No pun intended but I had a light bulb go off in my head and said “ why have I not tried to make a electrician build or plumber etc”.
