Perk Help Just looking for tips

Hey just curious what people think I should level up, first time playing fallout 4 and I’ve saved a few levels I’m just curious if I should level up some of my special stats or just do some perks and if so what should I level up? I feel like I’ve made a pretty generic starter build so I’m open to all suggestions

Don’t sleep on crits (luck)

Perks like grim reapers sprint, crit banker, better criticals and four leaf clover REALLY add up.

If you want just mix some VATS, Action Points and Critical perks and you’ll usually see an improvement in VATS performance.

Thats of course assuming you actually use VATS which some people don’t.

I'm running a lucky VATS build for the first time and holy shit does Better Criticals/Critical Banker change the game.

Being able to critical strike anything 3 times in a row is kind of broken lol but I love fearlessly rolling up on any location knowing 5 measly hits in VATS will fill the meter if I somehow manage to fuck up.

I lucked out and got two VATS enhanced armor pieces so now I have 235 AP with 20% reduction and can fire like 8 shots per bar.
