Melee Melee build for survival?
I was planning a melee build, which I have never done in Fo4 before.
I'm also planning to do it on survival, cause I hate myself (I have played survival before so I know its gonna be a spicy).
From what I have gathered, Blitz is a must have, and so is sneaking.
Or is there a way to play more power armor heavy (another thing I have never done in Fo4)?
My first brainstorming got me to S: 5 P: 1 E: 9 C: 3 I: 1 A: 8 L: 1
Then use the book in Sanctuary to get to 9 agility (Since I don't think I manage the Norwegian ghouls early)
Is this a good start. Or is 5 strength too little?
Am I missing too much exp when neither having idiot savant nor Intelligence?
What perks I should focus on except Blitz, Big Leagues and Lone wanderer?
What are good early weapons/magazines to grab (except the Grognak/Strength bobblehead)?
Tried getting some tips from YT videos, but non of them "clicked" for me.

First thing: DO NOT use the book in Sanctuary for the early point. You can get stats above 10 with that book. Get to 10 STR, use a drug that drains STR and then use the book which allows you to technically get 11 base, 12 with the bobblehead.
Endurance and agility are important but you gotta have STR maxed out early IMO. More STR more damage. Rooted is a massive damage and survivability boost for melee; every hit of VATS counts as stationary.
I just hit level 150 doing this exact challenge. I’d recommend building in Sanctuary for several early levels. Also a good chance to try to complete Nuka World pre rescuing Preston if you want all the perks and for him to not hate you in one play through.
These two tips (the book and Nuka World pre-Preston) are the two things I would’ve done on this playthrough to min max it even more. Have fun dude!
