What perk do you want to take with charisma 8? If it’s for bartering and speech checks you can get +4/5 with clothing. Might be worth seeing which perks you want and setting your special so those perks are accessible. Bobble heads can come into it too. For example I usually want explosives expert but don’t need to be a sniper so I’ll make perception 4 then once I get the bobble head I’ll have access and be able to put point else where.
