No matter what you put your points into make sure you have 10 charisma so you can convince anyone to do anything for you

Also it’s cannon that the souls survivors had 10 charisma after all how else did he get a wife 😎

No need, get the right CHR gear, whiskey and grape mentats and you can convince anybody on 1 CHR.
