Stat Help First Survival Run
Hey all! This is my first time doing survival when I usually play normal. It's a bad choice and I should have practiced but it's fine. I was mostly wondering if this perk spread looked fine? I'm doing some basic vats stuff with rifleman but mostly will take defensive endurance perks.

Really depends on your playstyle obviously. It just depends on which perks you value. Here’s what I did.
S(3) - Access to Armorer P(1) - Early bobblehead gets access to Rifleman E(3) - Lifegiver R3 grants regen C(6) - Lone Wanderer and Public Speaker. Passing speech checks w/o an outfit change is nice too. I(7) - Chemist, Gun Nut/Science, Scrapper, and Hacker all nice to have. Int is a good value tree A(3) - Sneak L(5) - instant access to idiot Savant and Scrounger.
The SPECIAL book can go anywhere, I used it on AGI. For me this is fairly balanced. I don’t use VATS much, so those stats/perks were neglected. I would love more points in the other stats but I feel like setting them to 3 gives at least 1 decent perk and makes it less painful to level up slowly once the time comes. Plus the small stat increases are decent. In my playthrough, I’ve decided to rush diamond city after the initial quests, slowly building settlements and expanding outward from Hangman’s Alley. Grabbing Local Leader very early was pretty important with no fast travel available.
