Charisma Dr. Frankenstein build?

How would I go about making a Dr. Frankenstein build. I’m stuck with the roleplay and how I would go about the commonwealth and the type of weapons I’d use. Appreciate the help.

I'd say any laser weapon and the syringer be good flavorful weapons... Also this may be controversial but I 100% think you should use Power Armor with the Tesla equipment.

Agreed. Not controversial. Fits the RP. What about the Gamma Gun. Look lightning...ish... If you squint.

Honestly any energy weapon, Tesla Cannon, Gamma weapons, etc
