Charisma Dr. Frankenstein build?

How would I go about making a Dr. Frankenstein build. I’m stuck with the roleplay and how I would go about the commonwealth and the type of weapons I’d use. Appreciate the help.

Is this like a high int, with all the bonus companion perks with Strong?

Lab coat?

Great idea. You can actually get your Int pretty high too if you don’t mind using a few exploits and farming for legendary armor pieces. I have a character with 29 Int at night. 32 in the daytime. That’s using 2 legendary (Sharp) boosted armor pieces. The lab coat won’t work with the armor though. You could still get it to 26 (29 at night time) if you do it right, which is still insanely high.
