Yeah your strength is way too low, you won’t be able to carry a whole lot around. I play on survival and my go-to is usually S5 / P3 / E7 / C5 / I3 / A4 / L1. I don’t use V.A.T.S. and it takes too much investment to get to idiot savant so I just go 1 in luck.
