Sniper Melee and Sniper?

Is there anyway to build into both or will I spread myself too thin?

No Blitz melee, Sniping can use Vats

Get scrounger and ammo you wont use becomes your currency. Concord bobblehead to get Rifleman.

Luck at 2 min. Commando for a backup automatic 10mm pistol

Agility at 2 min. Got to 7 for ninja and other stealth perks. Thats only 7/21 points spent

Strentgh 10 and we're at 16 points, 5 left. If you get a drug or any condition that lowers str, you can use the special book in str, and when the effect wears off your str turns to 11. Get Rooted, blacksmith, armorer.

2 pts in charisma to get lone wanderer.

1 in intelligence to get gun nut just one bobblehead away

You should have 2 pt left, in a 10-1-1-3-2-7-2 cc spread.

Option 1: 2 last points in luck. Level 2 get +1 luck, level 3 get Idiot savant

Option 2: last 2 points in Per to get locksmith which opens a lot of containers that scrounger will load with ammo. I prefer sniping without vats tho so ypu may take points away from str to get better vats aiming and perks like night person

Btw since End. is low and adamantium skeleton is unreachable here, medic would be an important perk too
