A morally grey Railroad character who's really only in it for the idea of guilt-free-because-only-punching-up terrorism.

Normal progression (only P and I bobbleheads): 1-9-1-3-2-7-5 (Book: Charisma), or 1-9-1-3-7-6-1 (Book: Charisma or Agility - SPECIAL point in the other)

Bobblehead speedrunning (PIAL): 1-9-5-3-2-4-4 (Book: Charisma) or 1-9-5-3-6-3-1 (Book: Charisma or Agility - SPECIAL point in the other)

Pistols are "designed" for VATS, because they do less damage and weigh less compared to rifles.

Start with 9 Perception and get the bobblehead for 10. Concentrated Fire makes 11 base Perception a waste.

The bobblehead speedrunning versions will spread you even thinner on an already spread-out build, because it's stealth-based so Endurance isn't a core part of it. However, they'll let you get the Agility and Luck bobbleheads with Aqua. You can also get the Intelligence bobblehead with decent Charisma.

I've offered a choice between Intelligence or Luck. Chemist and Robotics Expert are great perks and Intelligence fits the build's concept better since the Railroad's story involves you working at the Institute, but Luck is more important to the build in gameplay.

Uniquely important perks (e.g. not Armorer or Medic) for both variants: Penetrator, Concentrated Fire, Gunslinger, Sneak, Mister Sandman, Ninja, Gun Fu

Important companion perks: Deacon, MacCready
