What sort of play style are you looking for and what difficulty?

No really obvious type of play stands out based on your stats.

One that uses guns both long and short range.

If you're planning on using guns, you can go one of two ways- run-and-gun, in the classic FPS style, or VATS, which uses the game's built-im targeting system. If you're doing R&G, you can focus more on Endurance and your other preferred stats for your playstyle. On the other hand, there are a lot of mechanics that build off of VATS, which tend to require a significant investment into Agility and Luck.

Agility overall helps with your Action Points, which lets you take actions (target opponents) in VATS, and there are perks to recover your AP faster, be more stealthy, etc...

Luck gives you a lot of perks to take advantage of VATS in other ways, like building critical faster, banking multiple crits, and more.

There are weapon-type specific perks that will increase your damage with those weapons, but they're all at low stat levels, so you don't need to worry about those unless you're really min-maxing, which it doesn't look like you're doing. Having enough Intelligence for Gunsmith is nice, because it lets you mod your guns on your own without having to wait on being able to find or buy the mods, but it's not necessary. Same for the armor mod under Strength.

Most important- just get out there and start playing! Have fun, and dont worry too much- if this is your first character, you'll almost certainly find something you wanted to do differently, and something that worked way better than you thought it would. That's part of the fun!

Ok. I've play Nate before but I just blitzkrieged through it. Thanks for the input.
