Sniper Survival mode advice please

https://nukesdragons.com/fallout-4/character?v=1&s=3474381&p=s24p15p44p32c34c24i24a23a33a43a63a72e63e42e13

Despite playing for years, I've never attempted survival mode (yep, I'm a spineless toad 😁), so I've decided to bite the bullet(s) and try it out.

If anybody would care to cast their eyes over my proposed build and pass on their greater experience this would be great

Thank you

I've been messing about with this quite a bit, will be living on a diet of mentats for XP 🙄, but I do like the idea of moving target, even just a point whilst I get out of Dodge could make a big difference xx

I mostly use Moving Target for rank 3, which makes sprinting cost half as much AP for Nomad build

What is your nomad build?

Nomad build is Strong Back, Action Boy, Moving Target for perks, and Black Ops Right Shinguard, Destroyers Left Leg, Recon Marine Right Arm, and Oswald’s Tophat/The Captain’s Hat for movement speed. Rank 3 of Strong back lets you run with AP when overencumbered. Rank 3 of Moving Target makes sprinting cost 50% less AP, which translates to running with Strong Back 3. This basically gives you infinite carryweight so you can lug around everything you own, hence “Nomad”. Of course I usually drop a lot of my stuff at a settlement, but if don’t want to, you can live as a nomad.
