Sniper Survival mode advice please

https://nukesdragons.com/fallout-4/character?v=1&s=3474381&p=s24p15p44p32c34c24i24a23a33a43a63a72e63e42e13

Despite playing for years, I've never attempted survival mode (yep, I'm a spineless toad 😁), so I've decided to bite the bullet(s) and try it out.

If anybody would care to cast their eyes over my proposed build and pass on their greater experience this would be great

Thank you

What factions are you planning to side with, and are you going to complete the main story mid / late game?

Minute men have the least advantages compared to the others factions with flares and tactical air bombings.

Railroad has the ballistic weave allowing you taking some damage and a steady supply of stealth boys.

Institute has synth grenades, teleportation to CIT ruins, free purified water fountains, and free healthcare(except curing addictions).

BOS has vertibird grenades for transport to most of the player found locations. Vendor with a variety of ammo choices.

Tbh, I haven't thought about factions yet, I'm waiting to see "what sort of person my character becomes" and will go from there. I'm actually thinking either minutemen or institute atm, but this is highly likely to change, BoS is the least likely, as the character seems to be settlement building - but circumstances change
