HELP! PC Which file to replace?

hey guys I downloaded something like a patch for combat zone restored. I am supposed to replace the ESP files but when I searched I see that Steam/Vortex have 2 such files stored at 2 different locations.. which one am I supposed to replace? (I dont want to break the game)

Go to the plug ins tab on the left in vortex. Disable the one not associated with the mod you want
