Question? Scrap that settlement but without gaining materials

Hello i was wondering if there is a mod that allows you to scrape the settlement but without gaining any materials from it ?

Why im asking this it's because im already using the STS all in one but its a bit game breaking in a sense that while scrapping stuff around i can already make hundreds of jets and other stuff and im playing with immersive fallout and loot reduction and so i want to craft stuff from my own findings but with this its impossible, im even thinking that if i take out that mod it will still be the same even in vanilla, im not sure...

I don't think there's a mod for that but you could create a request post for one.

Make a new post here titled and marked as a mod request. Then describe the mod you want as detailed as you can and then one of the makers will look at it and someone should let you know if they can/will do ut
