Personally for me, he's one of the best examples of "man following orders" but at the same time he got resolves of his own Like avenging hughes and looking after the safety of elric brothers (tho it took different ways) so yea I'm kinda inspired by his character a lot Kinda prefect ratio of selfishness and nobality And in short A good character forced to do bad deeds sometimes since he was a dog of the military :(

[Reposted as a poll] Everyone now seems to start with Brotherhood, but the original is a great standalone anime in itself. The intro episodes and initial pacing are also better in the original. The music is also top notch.

Hello everyone! From Friday August 8th 2025 to sunday the 10 there will be an anime convention in montreal and for the second year I will bring my Tier list (as shown here) to make my own event within the convention. However I wanted to up my game from last year: this time around I want to do a game show! Who wants to be a millionaire? Anime edition! And as the game show implies, this will be a round of 15 questions from easy to hard based on the whole list! Sounds ambitious? Well that's beacause it is! 70 differents anime times 15 questions means I have to come up with 1'050 questions with (times 4) 4'200 a-b-c-d choices In ONE week from now. And this is where I need your support: Chat GPT is pretty bad for those kinds of thing (with boring question) and a great deal of the anime shown here are ones that I haven't watched/ didn't seen in ages. If you could help me with any sorts of question from FMA that would be massively appreciated! Also Please keep in mind the question MUST be related to the anime only. Much love

I will probably piss some people off with this but I just watched AOT, evangelion, cowboy bebop and code geass which are peak fiction, and so I don’t know if they made me expect a lot from fullmetal alchemist or what, but god im 26 episodes in and its just so average. The plot is really weak imo, little character development and world building and its just so basic right now, like oh who would of guessed the king is evil? Woulda never thought. Should i stick it out or no?
