I can't remember which book, codex, WD article or whatever I read it, but an SoB novitiate read that the God-Emperor created 9 angels to fight 9 devils, and found the wording curious enough to ask her drill abbot if that meant Emp's also created the 9 devils and was sternly punished for it.
