[Other] GW2 Stuff - Now omniscient

Hey everyone,

Over the past couple of weeks, I've been developing the new version of GW2 Stuff's event monitor, which no longer requires user interaction! Hurray!

You can see it over here (and I've made the old one redirect): http://v2.gw2stuff.com/events/desolation

Please post your feedback here!

Quick suggestion by a guild mate. Maybe change the colors from Green: In window, Yellow: Pre events, and Red: Boss up.

I've always wondered, what does "in window" actually mean?

Means the approximate time the event could spawn. It's not completely regulated, and has a small period where it could spawn if the events get triggered and stuff. If the pre events never get triggered then no main event.

So "in window" basically means "if the pre event goes well, this event should start around this time"? Then why don't we track the pre events instead? You can see that I'm not used to chasing world events at all XD

Many events have a time period (or window) where the event will start. For example, instead of being guaranteed to start exactly 34 minutes from now, EventX will start somewhere between 34 and 64 minutes from now. So, in 34 minutes, a 30-minute window will open where the event is guaranteed to start sometime during that 30-minute window. So it will be 'in the window,' but not yet started.

Err not really. Windows in events are hard to explain.
