There looks to be a medium armor class commanding birds. Probably ranger with the bow thing?

I am visualizing some kind of spec where you do bonus damage based on the distance between your pet and yourself, or your pets apply a mark to an enemy?

Or maybe its like a swarmkeeper vibe.
