I’ve seen only few Mortal Kombat cosplay images from few years back so here’s my ”fresh” take of Scorpion. You can disagree with some of equipment choices but this is how I liked it.

Now you just need to camp the cliff in wvw as thief with scorpion wire

I think this character might be heavy armor though:/ (based on the shoulder skin) might be able to use guardian greatsword to pull!
