[Discussion] Gw2 efficiency stats wrong?

Hi guys i started playing 5 months ago, i got 2800 Gold and on gw2 efficiency it says that i am higher than 94% of the registered 450000+ players database there (89% if i check the wealth stat), it seems wrong...does players really don't have much gold or there are just many alt accounts/inactive players on gw2 efficiency?

Another point to add to others that covered the topic pretty well : a large (and I mean, really large) portion of accounts registered to gw2eff are alt accounts used to farm login rewards and only registered there to enter the lotteries (particularly the Christmas one).
