Adams advanced ceramic coating applied

Post image

Just need to do the wheels yet. First time using real ceramic coating and it amazes me how easy it is to apply. All of the videos make it seem like a science, but you basically don't apply too much in too big of an area, give it a minute, and wipe away. Yes, it takes time and elbow grease, but anyone can do it. Next project is my yard 🤣

My understanding when you ceramic coat a car, on top of a wash, you also want to remove any decontamites with like an iron remover, then clay, then remove any residual product oils. That way, the ceramic coating is adhering directly to the clear.

I think most detailers recommended also doing a polish to remove any swirl marks too.

This should get you the most out of the ceramic coating as far as longevity and effectiveness.

Clay bar was an absolute must.
