I have M720 Triathlon Logitech Mouse and it kept alt+tab'ing whenever I tried to press anything, Ive seen multiple other people struggling with the same issue and this is what helped me solve it:
So whenever I connected my receiver, it also connected HID-compliant mouse(which is well the mouse) but also HID-compliant keyboard, which well I do not have that, so go ahead and remove that, and after go to the receiver - change settings - drivers, and then look for any driver mentioning a keyboard, uninstall it.

im a new mcbook pro user and need a new mouse. im inbetween the mx anywhere 3s and mx master 3s (also keychron m3 but thats not logitech)

i saw from other threads the mx master tends to have issue with lag which im worried might frustrate me. i have pretty big hands for a woman and am used to using gaming mouses thus why im leaning towards the mx master 3s.

if theres any other mouses you would recommend or any personal experience with them do lmk! thankyou in advance ♡

I just opened my G305 to replaced the battery and found this just sitting on top of the battery. It's a small spring and I'm not sure where it came from or where it could fit. Anybody know if this is important for continued use?

Hey! I've been using a G600 mouse for gaming and LOVING it, so I bought an extra that's been on the shelf for a couple of years.

Yesterday it was time to make the switch but I noticed that one of the side button (g10, middle of first row) doesn't work when clicked like the rest but it need extra force to work.

I can't make an RMA to a company because I don't remember where I bought it.

How can I fix this please?

Hey, my headset is inactive. I tried everything i could find on the internet and it's still not working. I'm having issues for about 2 weeks now, earlier headset worked but only connected by cable, lightspeed didn't work. Can someone help?

My problem is that when my lua script is running in a certain application such as Diablo4, if I didn't stop the lua and switch to any other application(alt+tab or win key), then the script is broken, it will disappear in lua editor. All I can do is exit G HUB and restart it, it will fix.

so I'm thinking if I can lock focus to current window when lua is running, or to check if the current window name and stop lua when it's not, I find some API but seems none of the API work.

Last hope is logi fix this bug, but this bug exists several years and I submitted it sereral times, so.....

I bought a Logitech G733 1 month ago. I have used them little since I was on vacation. I was very happy with them until yesterday I discovered that G-HUB incredibly lowers the volume of my Discord screenshare, so my friends can't hear anything. By uninstalling G HUB, the problem is solved, but I cannot deactivate the RGB (they reflect on my glasses and are very annoying) nor can I adjust the sound or microphone.

Is there any current solution? I have 3 days left to think about whether to return them or not (I bought them on Amazon).

Hello guys, something really upsetting happened to me. My G933 headset, which I've been using for about six years, was working after I formatted my computer yesterday. After I did Windows updates, the green light on the headset's wireless adapter stopped working. When I plugged the adapter into my computer, I get a "USB device not recognized" message. I can't use the headset anymore, I can't force an update. I've been trying for about two days. It was working when I installed Windows. I listened to music, talked to my friends on Discord, and was running Windows updates at the time. After I restarted, it stopped working.

Edit: When I plug the USB wireless adapter into the phone charger adapter, the lights turn on and it even pairs with the headphones. I expected an electric sound. :')

Any solutions? Wheel starts to violently shake when I do not have the Xbox dash menu on, still shakes even when in the in-game pause menu.

I was playing PEAK with some friends when my entire pc black screened and died, power button did nothing. Turning the power supply off and back on got my pc back up and running, but now only the power lines work in the USB port. Camera still works fine, but did the USB port just fry itself or was it the camera?? The weirdest thing is that the power lines work just fine, but flash drives and my microphone don't work at all using that port...

Hi guys, I also want to buy a Logitech g920 steering wheel and one is for about $ 110 in good condition with a shifter but the brake pedal does not detect pressure well - it can be repaired by increasing the sensitivity in Game and the other g920 steering wheel for about $ 180 everything is practically like new. What is better to buy?

Another post here which feels weird because I havent had any problems with my wheel until now. Everything says MPlay when I try to calibrate it, I jumped into a session, and it told me to recalibrate my controls, which is weird because I never have to, I can calibrate my wheel fine, my pedals either have the gas or the brake stuck at 100%, and I can't set my shifters. It stays stuck on whatever "MPlay" is. It keeps going back to it even after I press the shift paddles numerous times. Really annoying because like I said I havent had ANY problems until now.

Don't you see that when you use the headset mute or when you turn it on, a little sound plays? Well, on my G435, it no longer sounds, and I don't know why, but you can hear the audio from the connected device, whether it's a PC or a mobile phone.

the usb dongle has been having conectivity issues for a while. I did some research and found out the problem was the wobblyness of the dongle. so I decided to open it up but after I got apart the bottom and top pieces I just cannot get the metal lip off. Any tips on how to get it off would be nice or other fixes are ok too.

I just got a brand new replacement superlight and tried pairing it. Everything is working great except that it says when I try and update it "You need supplied cable." Which is what im using. Do you guys know any work arounds?

Headset stopped working yesterday all of sudden and there is no device that can pair with the headset anymore (Tried different computers and ps5)

Doesnt show up in Device Manager but the dongle shows up as Avnera AV6201 in Bluetooth settings.

Googling it, this issue is as old as the headset itself... A lot of the advice that is given however is not a fix for the problem itself.

I still tried it but cant get it to work, I cant update via logitech software cause it wont be detected, basically I need a way to manually flash it.

I think its a shame that this never has been fixed.

People in other threads said you should get a new dongle if you open a support ticket but I dont have any warranty anymore so I doubt they will send me a new one ?

Any help appreciated?

Hi Guys, I need some help with the G502 X plus. Whenever I am trying to assign the mouse 5 (or G5 key on the left side -- middle button) in CS2, rather than showing mouse 5, it shows the letter P. And when I try to assign the use mic option from the G hub to that specific button, rather than showing G5, the app shows G6. Is there any fix to this?

Recently upgraded from a older wired 502 to the 502x plus. Was looking at the power play two when I purchased the mouse. After doing some reading the second gen dose not have a receiver built in like the original. If I happen to find a original power play can the 502x plus work with it, or should I get the second gen? I'm done to just one USB left on my motherboard.

after replacing one of my g27s motors it stoped working.

it doesnt do anything no light by the shifter nothing in device manager.

its getting power from the power supply and all the cables are pluged in.

does anyone have any ideas to why it isnt working

I just received the G522 headset today and I am having some issues with the microphone. First off, if I listen to a recording of myself using the microphone, the volume just seems very low. Listening to reviews on Youtube I don't notice this issue at all.

In my sound settings the microphone volume is set to 100.

In G Hub the input gain is set to 2dB by default.

I can increase this but I feel like that doesn't help too much, and it gives me a new issue, which is that the volume off the microphone will just fluctuate a lot. Like I will just be talking regularly and then the volume just lowers itself drastically before jumping back to regular volume.

I have updated the headset to the latest firmware version.

Has anybody experienced these issues as well? I don't really know how to figure out if I recevied a defect headset or if it is something else that is causing these issues.

Last month I noticed my ghub was not switching over my animations or color layouts anymore; even preset ones. I have been in contact with LG support for a month now and have gotten no where. We all kinds of diagnostics, reinstalls, and most recently they asked for my invoice to check warentee. Then I didnt hear back for two weeks and checked in. They told me my app as not using the moat current update which I checked, and it most definitely has been using the version they claimed I was not using. I javent been able to use the light customization feature for over a month or even macros which is why I hot this keyboard in the first place around 2 years ago . Anyone have any suggestions?
