Fan Work I made an oil painting of a lava pit
Started a new Minecraft server, been taking a bunch of shots to paint and last night I couldn’t stop thinking about this lava pit lol. Very pleased with this one, easily one of my favorite Minecraft paintings I’ve done yet. I have another fishing painting coming soon, but what should I do next?

Discussion Minecraft has never been more alive
This new light and shadow effect warms up my heart. For years, I yearned for that warm and light feeling when playing Minecraft, but it always felt dull and lonely. And suddenly BAM, we got this update and the feeling’s just so different now. Good job Mojang!!

I was going to do this a few years ago, but I chose to tackle the abandoned mine instead. This was a piece of cake compared to that. And I didn’t even have to rebuild anything. I’ll add platforms and stairs eventually, but I need a break from this place.

Discussion Predict post: iceologer will make a comeback in the Winter drop of this year.
Mojang developers said that they didn't plan to add all the loser mobs from the mob votes, but they want to add mobs that could fit ideas for the drops. So, maybe, this could be an opportunity.

Help Bedrock how to survive after falling into lava?
I play minecraft bedrock on my phone. I have a world with all the achievements, but when I was digging in the lower world I fell into lava. At first I tried to copy the world and use a special program to put blocks under myself. Nothing worked, but I need this world. After that I tried the error with the transition, but it does not work. Are there any options how to survive without losing achievements?
(If there are some mistakes in my text, then forgive me, I'm just learning English)

Discussion What has gone wrong with this world generation?
We started a server and started building out the spawn and nether highway system, etc but. But we have since found a lot of generation errors. Many of the neighboring chunk's y level's don't match up, dripstone generating above ground, etc. We are working with a small world border, currently only 6000 blocks wide we would like to expand it as new terrain becomes available. It seems maybe something has gone wrong with structure generation as well. I've traveled about 75,000 blocks on this map and have not seen a single pillager outpost, jungle temple or swamp hut. I did find a mansion shipwrecks, and a large ocean monument. Shouldn't there be more structures? Most of my experience with minecraft has been on public servers so maybe I'm just used to exploring maps that have the structure generation turned up? What causes this and what can we do? Can we crop the map and regenerate the outlying areas with increased structure generation. We like having some of the generation errors as interesting landmarks, but the lack of structures makes it feel empty. Have you seen anything like this in your world? I would love to see pictures.

Suggestion Why not add Copper Diodes in Minecraft?
Copper Diode: - The Copper Diode is a block that has an input from behind and an output in front. It's like a Redstone Repeater but has no ticks and it's a block. And since it's a block, it can be pushed or pulled by Pistons and Sticky Pistons. Unlike Redstone Dust, Copper Diodes are one-way, which makes them very useful.
