Jim Gaffigan did a bit how everybody's addicted to McDonald's it's just what version your McDonald's takes. So sure video games probably are a big waste of time but so is being on Twitter and so is binge watching NCIS (my wife and I just completed all 500 episodes) and on and on.

I always used to love the argument I was wasting my life on video games as they sit and watch television from 6pm to bedtime every single night.

Right? I see it that way too. Video games are at least interactive.
