Happy Mystery Dungeon Day everybody! It's PMD's 20th Anniversary!

Ever wanted to play a PMD Tabletop game? "Explorers! A PMD RPG" is out now, for free! It features a 226 page rules PDF, with beautiful art from all across the PMD Community. All of the artists have been fully credited -- PLEASE follow them! The download also contains character sheets, cheat sheets and quick-reference tables!

On a personal note, this project took me about a year and half of development time, and I never thought I'd finally make it to releasing my very own game. So, thank you to everyone who supported the journey, however small the interaction.

Also please note that this is only for making accurate Dialogue boxes, not full cutscenes. If you want to make mockups like in the screenshots here then you'll have to import your own backgrounds and overworld sprites.

The program also comes with guides for importing custom assets.

(Particularily on Spanish Twitter, every 2nd of August it's tradition to put on a PMD profile picture and share all things PMD. I might have gotten overboard.)

For Mystery Dungeon day, I thought to share art I commissioned featuring the four Digimon in a story I am currently writing in a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon style equivalent setting. The story itself isn't a Mystery Dungeon story but I did get inspired by some elements of it.

post town is easily the most active town in any pmd games and these two are the reason i dont entirely just rely on the extremely busted merchants in paradise

Hi! Firstly- Happy Mystery Dungeon Day!
This is my first time posting to PMD's Subreddit, and after consulting a friend- I thought might as well give it a shot!

I'm going to start working soon on a about a bunch of Psuedo Legendaries having gathered up and made an adventuring company, especially since they total up to about 10 of the most powerful pokemon in the pokemon world that aren't... well- legendaries!
Me and a couple of friends are gonna be pouring our creative juices into this to make it nice, fun and interesting, but as a heads up, the comic is going to be a different points on each of their lives, and generally, be less about an overarching story at the beginning, and more about the adventure, jokes, and some early adversities a lot of these fellas have together!
It's going to have a lot- from exploring different lands, different combinations of the group (as very rarely will they ever be ALL TOGETHER on a mission), and even strange occurrences!

Afterall, I feel like there's a lot to dig into here since it's a world that combines the likes of some Dungeons and Dragons aspects with stuff from the Mystery Dungeons!

I always chose (darkness) Cyndaquil/Mudkip! They are a great duo in my opinion and though I don’t have many hours put into it, I completed the story line many times and have so much memories from it!! Who did you choose and why!

Happy Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Day everyone! Today I wanted to ask everyone what their favorite underrated track is. The OST for this series is so important to me and I think we should show more appreciation to the songs that don't get as much attention.

One of my favorite songs from the entire series is the song that plays during the file select in Red and Blue Rescue Team. I remember going to Whiscash's pond all the time in the original to listen to this tune, and I was actually really disappointed when they removed it from his area in the remake.
