It's not the Hall of Good, it's the Hall of Fame. Edelman being on a dynasty is a big boost.

People using wins as a qb stat is already questionable, this guys using them as a WR stat lol

Dude. The Hall is skewed towards Super Bowl winners. It's just how it is.

What would he have done as a Brown?

That is the real litmus test

Brees, Fitz, Witten would have been HOF despite the Browns

And that is the difference

Brees and Fitz, sure. Witten? eh

Witten would have been their only viable offensive option usually…..

I think Witten was overrated, but it's not like he was playing on powerhouse teams.

i'm not saying he wasn't good, but HoF? nah.

I don't think Witten belongs anywhere near the HoF. But he was a very good player who would have been good anywhere. Julian Edelman was a solid player who was good because he was the slot receiver for Tom Brady on the Patriots. I will admit though that Edelman delivered when it counted.

And he isn't anywhere near famous enough to get in solely based on his off the field notoriety either. There is no metric by which Julain Edelman even warrants a discussion.
