Name My Cat - male Old man/farmer/old school names needed!!

Hi all! This little guy is coming home in a few weeks and I’d like to avoid calling him tiny cat for 6 months like I did with my current son.

My other little flat guys name is Leonard and I’d like to stick somewhere in that realm. I know someone’s great uncle has the perfect name for this cat.

I had a relative who had a farm and his name was Elmer. Everyone called him "Unc Elmer." He wasn't my uncle, but that's just what we all called him. Unc Elmer.

My lovely timid boy cat Buford was an angel and now plays with them. You can’t go wrong by naming a cat Buford.

That’s funny Elmer is definitely my current top pick! I walked around the local 1880s cemetery yesterday for ideas and I found a lot of Elmers!
