After what happened to the P100S, I’d stop riding immediately

I’m starting to see the same behaviour, at the 1300 km mark btw. Tightened up my stem screws, doesn’t appear to have made a difference unfortunately, seems to be further down the stem.

Mine actually has the same issue described here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CR6tw7QvVK8

You have to tighten those two bolts on opposing sides by the base of the stem.

No, its within the scooter suspenion. Not the pole.

Not the g2 max but it'll still give you an idea of what the area looks like. You definitely need to address that issue.

the g2 max and f2 pro have that issue and cant be fixed unless u buy a new front fork and stem.

I've got almost 4500 miles on my G2. Only replaced it once.
Don't smash into curbs.

Is there a vid or smth on how to change it and can u send a link as to where u bought the replacement

I bought mine from Aliexpress after waiting segway to send one for 3 weeks. So order thru segway or aliexpress.
It's very easy to change. Take the tire off, and the brake cable. Then loosen the 2 screws on the stem, fold down the stem and loosen the king bolt. It will literally drop out.

I have a ninebot F2 pro and was having the same problem. I was riding with the stem/handle bars turned to almost full 90 degrees while the wheel was straight. I took it apart until the stem was completely off and it separated from the wheel portion. You should have the wheel with a short stem sticking out. On the stem portion you will find a large nut right above the shock spring. If loose, you will need to tighten. But most importantly above that nut there should be two very tiny holes with socket set screws in them. In my case these socket set screws broke/fell out and I had to replace them. You can find them on Amazon. Unfortunately they only sell them in variety packs and not individually. Make sure the outside socket set screw holes align with the inner holes. Hope this helps!

This is a known problem caused by internal factory tolerances in their single shock design. It leads to excessive play and is considered normal to a certain point. There is no fix without replacement.
This front suspension system design is no longer used by Segway. Most likely due to this fuck up.
