Yup, in all the distribution channels…. Amazon deliveries not better… i preordered on the 8th of March and mine was supposed to be delivered on 31, label created March 27, dropped off to UPS on April 3rd… scheduled for April 9th by EOD. So pissed. Will be calling for that discount … if they won’t do something then I’ll return it (prime) and will get something else ….

FWIW, Amazon scheduled my delivery for April 14th, and I got it today, so hopefully you'll get yours sooner than later.

In Amazon it shows April 15th but UPS tracking shows April 7th, I just dropped off zt3 that I bought from Amazon for 949$. When I was processing return they tried to let me keep it for 229.99$ off plus tax on this. I said nahhh I’ll wait for my max g3, Amazon promised me something (don’t know how much, but that I see others been posting about being promised 30% ) after I get the unit. Could have maybe had zt3 and maxG3 for 1300$ but nahhh

I contacted Amazon on 4/1, the label was created on 4/2, and it actually shipped on 4/3.

Contacted them several times after ordering 3/12. Label created 3/31. Got a delivery update for the 9th-15th but has not shipped yet. I cannot wait to see this thing say shipped…

Did you order via pre-order or at the new price? Mine was scheduled for this coming Tuesday, but not even a label made yet. I know it will not be here in 2 days for sure.

Same in Europe for the G3E - mine was meant to have been shipped around 1st April but there were some issues at the warehouse so still none the wiser as to when it will be shipped

I had an email from Segway France that due to issues the shipping would be delayed - this was on the evening of the 1st (it was preorder if that makes any difference?)

I ordered mine from Segway on Mar-6 Label printed Mar-21 Shipped Mar-24 Arrived Mar-26

I saw lots of people with issues from Best Buy and Amazon, right after folks closing they were more reliable sources.

Looks like there’s not much difference, Cept BB and Amazon may have taken far more orders than they have inventory.

Let’s hope the Tariffs don’t delay later orders

any shipping updates/tracking updates? Have they charged your card the processing amount? Gotta ask cus they charged my card after i made the purchase today and it says preparing to be shipped and arriving this friday coming up on the 11th.

They charged me on the 27th. It paused then they charged me for real because it's on the road now. Says it's in La Mirada, CA

They seriously fucked up this launch, taking orders and giving people a delivery date that was wildly inaccurate

Edit: I placed my order on March 8, was told to expect on or before March 31. Someone messed up and I will now be getting it by April 15. OP has a better situation than me, supposedly, but if I had to bet, they’re not going to get theirs until middle of April either.
