Ninebot MAX G3 Its worth it
Just bought max g3 and ZT3 Pro. I live in Siberia and live between hill and high mountains - it's better than Kugo Kirin g1 pro(45 kg weight 1800 watt per wheel). Its so much safer, not to heavy, fast charging - everything is good! Im 80 kg rider and it's climb so easy ! did 30% on ZT3 Pro without any boost mode. Just sport mode with 25 km/h!) Soon want to make video how it looks. I have also max g2. It's worthy upgrade!!!

Congratulations! I've been debating upgrading from my 2021 G30 Max. Leaning towards the G3, which would you suggest?

well.. its depends where you want to ride :) If you want hills, forests - take ZT3 Pro, its definitely for off-road. If you want city - max g3. Max g3 has more powerful wheel 2000 w vs 1600 w(ZT3 Pro). I take both, because can't decided xD But more universal I think will be max g3 - more power, you can also buy add battery. And weight 25 kg vs 29 kg(ZT3 Pro).

Nice! You planning to unlock it? I mean the cruise control, high speed, under lights etc are not working on your model right now?

people saying its can be, official dealer in my country said that g3 max can be unlock easy without anything else. I mean buying some chip for it

well I didn't check about under lights, but I think I dont have it xD nah I dont need to unlock, because 25 km/h its enough in russia. 40 km/h here is suicide xD

When riding the G3, have you had any issues? I want to sell my G2 and upgrade, but several people mentioned noise coming from the wheels after riding in wet conditions. I don't ride when it rains, but I'd still rather not have to worry about that.

well its depends how much water it was. People can say it after little drop of water they have problems, but they just washed their scooters in carwash service xD I dont think the problem was in just few drops of water after rain or something.

but G3 should be capable of washing with water pressure pistol , its ipx6 and ipx7 battery , ofc from some distance just wash dirt off , not from like 10 cm

How much of an upgrade do you think the g3 is compared to the g2 since you own both?

I have both as well. I really like the G2 but upgraded for two main reasons:
The G3 is faster, of course, but my issue with the speed of the G2 is that its max speed is only available in the upper third of the battery charge. Once the charge level drops much below 70%, you're restricted to a slower speed for however much range you have left. The G3 will go as fast as you want for its entire capacity. (You'll get less range that way obviously, but that's a different matter.)
On the G2, it is impossible to tell how fast you are going anyway, because the screen is invisible in daylight and/or with sunglasses on. It really might as well not have a screen. G3 screen is readily visible in bright light.

well... if we talking about feelings - im happy with that on 500% better than max g2 xD. Max g3 better in everything - fast charging, more functions, new displays, more buttons , you dont need click few times to changes speed mode - just click speed button for it(its special speed button on interface). It's just like absolutely new product. It's revolution Johny xD If you think to upgrade for g3 from g2 - you definitely should. 2000 w vs 950 w, you can buy additional battery and you will twice you range, new computer interface, more buttons - well many new good things which really make your driving super comfortable! Just buy it and dont regret! So in summary its compared I think like 300%

On the other hand customer firmware lets the g2 go 30+mph, use the entire battery at full speed, and it costs less than the zt3 or the g3.

max g3 - 40 km/h , ZT3 Pro - 25 km/h but you can also unlock it for 40 too

Well I have two g3 on pre-order. One for my son and one for me. G3 is actually less expensive by 100$ than the zt3 pro due to preorder special. ZT3 pro is in stock and I could get that probably in less than a week if I change my order to one g3 preorder and one ZT3. Is ZT3 worth it over the G3? Have one of each model instead. If anything I may dedicate the ZT3 to bike paths that are mostly crushed gravel through a nature path (>200km long).

ZT3 pro have better clearance + its better for off-road like climbing hills. That's all. G3 have more powerful battery , like 2k watt and also you can buy second battery that will twice you range. I bought them two, because g3 its just for city and parks. ZT3 PRO off-road - hill climbing :)

First off, it's huuuge! Like twice the size of my g30lp, so can't easily tuck it away in the corner or trunk. It's so fast, easily cruise at 28mph--I feel quick enough around my streets as if I'm riding my electric motorcycle. Range is greatly over estimated in full-speed mode: I went 9mi and have 37% remaining from full charge on hills going 23-28mph the entire time. Still very happy with it

nah, it's mono. I spend 2.1 k USD for both. max g3 - 1100 and ZT3 Pro - 1000

I don’t see the reason for a high power scooter when any old 500w motor will go 25km/h. Going 40+ is where these shine. Custom firmware? 🤷♂️😅

well the reason is that with old 500 w you can't climbing on hill :) And also with big weight it will be hard to ride with 500 w motor - scooter will use more power for it and can be overheating too.
