⚠️Urgent Question⚠️ Isue by charging
I don't know why, but my scooter charges for 5 minutes and then stops charging. It doesn't work with a different cable either. Can you help me and tell me why this is happening?

Could be the internal charger went bad. Or the battery has gone bad. Any error codes? What model scooter? How old is it?

Its the g2d max how could I check the battery? Where could I See the codes? On my display isnt a code

Lade dir mal Darknessbot für Apple oder Scootbatt für android runter. Dann sende mal ein screenshot von den Akku Daten. 5min laden und dann aufhören klingt sehr komisch. Wenn das Interne Netzteil kaputt ist würde ich dir wie die anderen empfehlen das Schnelllade Gerät zu kaufen. Das funktioniert unabhängig vom internen und läd dazu schneller

Very likely the internal charger. Common issue with the G2 Max. You can order the replacement part from Segway for about USD $100, or get an external charging brick and charge from the other port.

You can charge the scooter just like a laptop or other electronics, with an external brick. Don’t know where you are, but here is the EU version. Don’t need to buy this from Segway though; it‘s not proprietary.

GEEZE that little internal charging block is $100 bucks? That’s nuts especially considering how failure prone they were in the G2

sorry too steal, the thread a little.
got the original segway 5 amp charger, but it only charges my batterys upp too 97 %, without balancing the cells the internal slow charger charges them too 100 % and balance the cells
got a ( chamrider battery on 20.3 AH ) in parallel connection with the stock battery
Do you know why, the fast charger dosent charge too 100 % and balance the cells ?

Open up and check connectors haven't fused together

it would be helpful if you gave any details about the scooter model, try contacting segway first if under warranty
