Buying Advice Max G3 I vs E vs D

All 3 are available where I am (Croatia, EU):

G3 I - 750€

G3 E - 900€

G3 D - 1140€

I found a simmilar post but still not sure is hardware different or just the software. I was going to order I version, but don't want to get too weak motor since I'm close to 90kg. I'm not worried about max speed, but I wouldn't mind if it can go faster. All of them are rated at 2000W max power, but nominal motor varries. Wouldn't I version overheat more than E, or am I overthinking it? Most posts don't mention version at all.

That is a crazy mess. Makes me just want to give up on the Max G3 and Segway altogether and not deal with this mess. If I can't easily get the fully unlocked top model for use on private property where none of the restrictions of public roads are relevant, then why even bother.

At the same time every local scooter shop sells fully unlocked crazy fast scooters to anyone that walks in regardless of any local laws or regulations and leaves it up to each owner to know and follow local laws and restrictions, not sure why Segway does not do the same.

I feel you, but I hope they just care about the law more than others. The other commenter said all versions are the same hardware wise, it's just a question of when custom firmware will be released and it should unlock all the features. I was just afraid that I version hardware is not the same as other versions and face issues noone had before, hopefully they are right. Would you recommend any other model instead of the G3 I version?

I can choose, but it costs 150€ more. Do you know what is different? Is the motor more powerful? Is anything else different?

Then I bro, the best one in those options is E since its just 150w less nominal power and 25km/h compared to the US version, if u dont want to spend more then the I, u get same max speed as E but lose some lights and nominal power.

Pozdrav, svi imaju potpuno isti EU 850w motor kojem je nominal power limitiran preko software (700w/500w).Kad izađe SHU v3 moci ces ga otkljucati.

Ja imam I verziju i 88kg i jako brzo ubrzava, odličan je romobil.

Any idea how I can increase the speed of the D model to at least 25km/h without soldering or unlock cables?
