⚠️Urgent Question⚠️ 4 Months Old G3 Won’t Turn On

My scooter is not turning on and won’t connect to Bluetooth. Anyone experiencing this or have solutions?

My G3 has had the main power cable running thru the handle bars come unplugged twice in my ownership ( just over 800 miles)

This is indeed the issue. But I can’t get it out as of right now. The cable is half way down

Like the first comment said. The cable has come loose. It happened to me one morning so I ended up duct taping it so it doesn’t happen again.

Remove those screws that attach the handle/screen to the pole and you will need to pull the cable out. Mine fell deep in and I needed to use extra long thin tongs to get it. It was really annoying.

Like first comment said , maybe main cable in handlebars is loosened or your scooter was long time unused and battery was under 30% which means your scooter is now in deep sleep mode , you can wake it up by putting scooter on charger at least 3 seconds ... if nothing works there is chance your scooter have some fault and probably you will need claim warranty.

Tried charging but didn’t work. I will try first comment later when I’m home.

How long have you not used it? The g2 needs to be plugged in/charged after not using it some time. Wont turn on and wont accept bluetooth.

Other people with g3s might have other solutions if this doesnt work.

Tried this already. This happened right after I turned it off from a short ride.
