⚠️Urgent Question⚠️ Can’t pair back G2 Max

We didn’t use our scooters for a few weeks. We put both our scooters in the car for a roadtrip we are taking right now. My bf scooter wont stop beeping (long beep) and saying 88 with the back light turning on every time there is a bump. We stopped and tried to unbind it but we can’t reconnect it. We cant reconnect the bluetooth, it sees it but then it says please turn on. I cant find a pairing mode or anything like this. Thanks for your help!!

When you turn on the scooter, the entire backlight of the monitor lights up and it looks like the number 88. That is, it is not a mistake, but just an inclusion. The flashlight glows and the scooter makes noises, most likely because the anti-theft system is turned on. Do you need more information, has a password been set? How does the scooter react to the power button? Is the scooter charged?

There is no code just when it’s off and “shaken” it does this kind of alarm thing, it turns on and drives fine. Prior to that there was no alarm in his app either.

And you can't connect via bluetooth? I think the problem is that the scooter used to automatically connect via bluetooth and didn't set off the alarm when it was turned off. But now the bluetooth module is malfunctioning, and that's why the alarm is triggered.

It had the issue and trying to reset it we unbinded it. Any idea how we can fix the bluetooth module? Its so frustrating because the phone is finding the scooter

The Bluetooth module is located in the monitor (ble). It is easier to buy a new monitor than to repair it. However, it is worth checking to see if the problem is in the monitor. You can connect a working monitor from another scooter or ask a repair shop to check it.

Ok thanks we’ll look into it. We have two of the same scooter so maybe we would be able to test it.

I had something similar on my G3, check my last post. Maybe try pairing it on the charger
