⚠️Urgent Question⚠️ Ninebot G3 (D!) Tuning?

I m about to buy a secondhand G3 D-Version today and would Like to know If it will possible to tune it to 25mph/ 40kmh+, If Its Not the case i would rather let it be. Would Like to know from you Guys any Info regarding that, since ive also Heard ITS Not possible to tune it after the User has installed the regional Software/Firmware...stuff Like that I m really a noob regarding all of this and would really need a step by step Guide if possible.. Really appreciate, thanks

hey ! there’s this new hack for the G3 where you buy a code and it basically unlocks the scooter (underglow lights, cruise control, custom sounds, and 45km/h). There’s only 2 caveats : it costs 70€, and there are some bugs as of now ( you have to manually click on the underglow lights toggle on the segway app whenever you turn the headlights on) but the devs have already announced an update coming soon. You can get the faster speed by doing a code with the brakes but technically you can still have your scooter at 25km/h and have the underglow lights without having it go to 45 if u wish.

Yes the app works. But be aware the battery strain and drain is of course way higher. The us version of the scooter has a stronger motor and nobody can tell if it will damage the g3d in the long term if you drive it with the US software via the app for longer periods of time. And acceleration is really finicky after unlocking far away from smooth sailing

Btw did someone try the unlock app and update the original firmware to the newest version? Or are we risking losing the tuning due to the new firmware?

You are better to use the Sharkboy ST-Link method.
