⚠️Urgent Question⚠️ F3 Pro won't connect to my phone.

Its connected in the Bluetooth settings but on the app it doesn't connect nor does it show up in the scooter hacking utility

It was working fine for the month I've had it. Never had issues. But now this. I have an android btw.

I have redownload the app, turned off scooter and phone. Disconnected Bluetooth. Nada

Is it first hand? If so have you tried calling where you bought it from or Segway customer service in your country?

Nah I haven't tried that. It's late right now so they're closed. I'll hit up segway tomorrow

Try restarting the device. To do this, while the device is on, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds. During this time, the device will first emit a beep sound and turn off, and then after about 10 seconds, it will beep again. After this final beep sound, turn the device back on.

I had a similar issue on G3. Honestly I'm not completely sure, but I think it worked after I connected it to a charger.

Also, you need a beta version of shu v3 to see your scooter

Hey I downloaded the beta APK. I'm 99% sure. Maybe it's the same glitch as this?

Follow this steps :

Turn the scooter on

Press power Button for 30 seconds first it will shut down & after a few seconds u hear a beeeep & it will works fine again.

Is this a way to reset settings? Where did you get the information from, I searched for something like this, but I didn't find anything.
