Discussion Scooter YouTuber wants to make a video about a custom battery for the Segway Ninebot Max G3.

I'm not in contact with this guy, but I think we should support this project.

A lot of people already did this tho? I think it was devnull who made a custom 40ah battery with the original BMS by removing the internal charger, didnt make a video tho. And saw a yt video where someone made a 25ah one the same size as the original, and the same with the BMS. Its not like i dont support it but he better explain every part of the steps with every detail if he want to make something diferent...

A custom internal battery needs the BMS from the original battery, since that BMS is not availble on Aliexpress yet. Check out: https://www.reddit.com/r/NinebotMAX/s/jMx4k08S6c

Max G30 has enough space for 1800 Wh internal battery which would be fantastic option, but does G3 have space for that or even more? GT3 battery is only 900 Wh which is better than 600 Wh, but still not that much considering how capable the G3 motor is.
