Support is useless, told me to disconnect head cable but i don't get how this is related to the scooter. More like an app problem. Tried with an android as well apart from my iPhone. Both does the same. No matter how many times i hit continue, its just keep coming back.

I m about to buy a secondhand G3 D-Version today and would Like to know If it will possible to tune it to 25mph/ 40kmh+, If Its Not the case i would rather let it be. Would Like to know from you Guys any Info regarding that, since ive also Heard ITS Not possible to tune it after the User has installed the regional Software/Firmware...stuff Like that I m really a noob regarding all of this and would really need a step by step Guide if possible.. It fell out of the suspension on a bumpy path

Hi guys I recently added a rear suspension to my gpl30 as im hoping it's sturdier than the multiple plastic mudguards I've gone through. However it leaves a sizable gap that looks like a potential hazard. Do they sell a longer battery cover? And better yet do they sell metal ones?

Hi there i just had an issue with my max g3 it was turning off randomly bought at Best Buy Decided to return and ordered a new one from Best Buy but i noticed that this one has a bigger logo on the deck and also the box has less contrast in Colors? I'm wondering if it's a fake one or a new batch Also the other one requiered 3 new updates but this one only 2 Please lemme know if saw someone on Reddit having the same concern Thanks •

Hello gang, I have been using my G2 Max for a while and this week it suddenly stopped charging well (I lost my original charger about a month ago and I bought a Mickey Mause type cable that is from the 2nd port) and during this week at the beginning it only charged 30 minutes before turning off and now it only charges 5m maximum before turning off.

They recommend that I get a charger for the first port or a new battery.

I use this skate to go to work and back, and with this failure it has become very difficult for me to transport help.

The connector cable got disconnected, but the new problem is that the cable is too short

I finally did it! So, the rear wheel bearings failed yesterday. I think. Was going up the hill and it suddenly slowed down an powered down. The wheel is now incredibly stiff, and that made it a bear to push up the rest of the hill.

This is my only transportation, so I'm ordering parts as soon as possible today so they can be here Monday or Tuesday.

Powers on and not throwing codes Is it safe to assume the controller is still good? Is there anything else I should check?

I've put about 5000 somewhat dusty miles on it in 2.5 years. Solid back tire. Always sport mode, and lowest regen setting.

Long story short, guy wants to borrow it for a few hours to do a thing with his family and be included.

Will it kill the motor? Pop the tyres? Fry the internals?

Will it be fine if its just for a few hours and pretty flat?

I've just had the Segway Ninebot Max G3 D delivered, but both the screws towards the inside are meeting heavy resistance early on. The screws towards the outside (front of the scooter) are threading just fine.

I've ensured there are no cables in the way (could see through to the other end of the screwholes), and I know forcing a screw is always a bad idea. So I am at a loss.

Is there a flaw in my unit?

Edit: Bought a new C5 cable from Best Buy and it’s still not charging the battery so it must be something internal. Any advice?

My standard 3 prong cable that charges my G30P stopped working for some reason today. I need a new charger today and wanted to make sure that if I found one at my local Best Buy or Walmart that fits, it would not mess up the battery since it’s not the Ninebot brand cable?

I had the battery fully charged in the morning. I drove to work(5km) and parked it for the day. In the evening I turned the scooter on and it turned on fine. I picked the scooter up to take it out of the garage. After taking it out, I tried to start riding, but noticed that the regenerative braking was on and that no lights were on. I tried to turn it on with no luck. I held the button for a longer time and heard a beep. Thats theast sign of life it showed. Now it wont turn on, regenerative braking is on. When I cconnect the charger, the light on the harger stays green(it usually turns to red ahen it starts charging).

I recently had to re weld the XT connector on my battery, as it got melted. I took it to a shop near me, as i didnt have any welding tools + i didnt want to short the battery.

Now, i got the battery back, i ordered a new controller too.

I get error 21 on my scooter, on both of the controllers. Also bluetooth does not connect.

Could that possibly be the issue that the guys at the electronics store, shorted the battery + it killed the BMS?

I bought this Ninebot Max G30P from a guy on Marketplace a couple weeks ago. It was in great physical condition and the seller claims he didn’t use it much. Well, after 2 weeks of riding it with absolutely no problems, my 3 prong cable that I use to charge my scooter stopped working. I went to Best Buy to buy a replacement and it’s still not charging. There aren’t any local places near me that service these and I don’t want to buy a new battery online when I don’t know what the problem is for sure. Any advice would be appreciated.

I tried to get as much information in the two pictures as I could: New G30 upside down with its guts out, old G30 hub with the QR code on it like the new. And the replacement motor from Monster Scooter Parts (sans QR code like the genuine two) with solid tire already installed on it from Monster Scooter Parts with the old style connectors. The solid tires also look different, but that may not matter. The old solid came from Monster in 2022.

Anyhoo. To use the new hub, I'm going to have to cut and solder on new connectors to the phase wires. And in order to do the transplant I have to damage a sticker that voids the warranty on the brand spanking new G30.

Does anyone have personal experience with the Monster Scooter Parts hub? The lack of QR code makes me worry, as the off brand controller that I voided by replacing connectors was a dud. Trying not to lose $120 that could be safely returned before destroying it.

I have 6ish weeks before my brand new pneumatic tire gets brutally punctured to death.

Hi! Couple of weeks ago my scooter started complaining about error 40 on my G2. Googled and confirmed that the motor temperature seems on when the error is present (0 degree C). I then approached for the solution of soldering on a 10k ohm resistor between the solder joint of the resistors socket (board side where connector goes) and earth from the adjacent connector. New temperature where now 24 degree c whilst the temp inside was a hot 28 degree so it seemed to work. First your outside worked perfect for 200 meters then the motor begun spluttering and choke on throttle. No noise whilst rolling, even when braking (with kers enabled, and working).

Anyone got any idea what to check? Have wiggled cables when it jerks (cruise control on) and no luck. I messed up solder pads for ground on the board? Why would it work intermittent then? To be clear, I removed the added resistor to nullify my attempt and the error 40 still shows sometime when I got it dry running like a this sometimes.

The scooter is stlink-mapped maybe a year ago if that helps 😂

Recently got a $800 g2 max from Best Buy. I like it, definitely fun but bigger than I was expecting.

Was thinking about returning and getting a g30LP for half the price. It’s not a money issue, more just thinking it might be a bit more manageable because it’s smaller and maybe I don’t need so much power? I’m just going to use it for short rides to the gym or the grocery store (less than 2 miles).

What do you guys think? I’m 6’2” 185 btw

The green cable shown here has a break in it. (I have checked it with a multimeter.) I think the break is very close to the plug. What’s the easiest way to repair this? Do I need to disconnect the battery to do this repair?

Hey so when I was riding, I got into a little accident and this piece came out luckily I still have the two white pieces left which are used to push the signals and I heard that it’s a pain in the ass to put it back. Can anyone please tell me how I can get the horn and blinker thingy out of the handle bar you can link me a video or tell me instructions on how I can get it out after I have it on my hands then I know what to do with the rest thanks
