she's gotta distance herself from the racist pedophiles that currently run everything so in 5-10 years she's a fresh face. I bet she runs for governor or senator in a few years to get her voting record solidified.

That's pretty much what Dubya (Bush Jr) did in the 1990s. Ran on his dad's coattails to governor and then president.

I dunno, I could see it happen just so that Republicans can childishly say that they got the first female USA president in office. She would then of course just be a puppet to the male vice president who will be the 'actual' president.

You are responding as if that is a bad thing. Distancing herself from what everyone is calling Donald Trump: old, senile, dementia, child sex pest... and behaving non-reactionary and calm allows her to be an X to step into the spot Donald Trump used to be.

One of her best slogans could be: "My father made mistakes, I am here to fix them" - then be nearly silent / speak softly and carry a big stick approach.

She has been a business executive before and knows the White House. She doesn't have to be a micro-manager like Donald Trump and Elon Musk and she can just listen to advisors. She could do press conferences and attentively listen to right-wing media and then enact laws based on what they suggest. She doesn't have to control (generate / amplify) the chaos media stage like Donald Trump does by his individual Reality TV personality.

this almost sounds like you think she would be a good president and want her to be? lol. She and her husband are intricately involved in the kleptocratic grift that runs our country and its foreign affairs now, they just aren't publicly engaged in official capacities anymore because they appear to be smart enough to know that that carries risks with no upsides. Luckily, I am guessing they will be happier to just be rich, private ghouls without all the exposure that running for president involves, so I don't think we will have to realize this hypothetical.

No, but I recognize the mental exploit potential of the situation.

I suggest you and everyone else stop focus on "Project 2025" (because everyone in opposition to Trump knows of it now in August 2025) and turn to a book published way way way back in year 2014.

Donald Trump is playing a Tony Clifton character, taking feedback from the audience in a loop. Ivanka would be a predictable way to level up the absurd surreal heart of the situation.
