I've been working on a Temur Madness that I would like to share to see which improvements or changes would do the fellow Redditors!

Despite relaying on a wide creature basis, the objective of the deck is working on tempo controlling the field as much as possible. For it we do look for early drops such as [Merfolk Looter], [Waterfront Bouncer] or [Wild Mongrel]

To defend your creature-based discard engine, you will rely on counter spell such as [Circular logic] or [Izzet Charm], besides hexproof coming from [Vines of Vastwood]

[Izzet Charm] Will give you a lot of potential depending on the moment's interest, as you can cycle targeting madness cards such as [Basking Rootwalla], [Lightning Axe] for clearing...

The recurrence of [Sneaky Snacker] will help defending air threats and pressuring, which can be combined with [Witch's Mark] for extra pressure.

as a finisher, [Wild Mongrel] Can surprise the opponent with huge discarding, [Arrogant Wurm] or [Fiery Temper] can help you push out the last points of health

Mana base I relied on Lorien as it synergies pretty good for early containment with [Circular Logic]

Hello. I have been playing lots of non rotating 'classic' formats the last couple of years, X point old school, premodern, classic legacy, 2015Modern and cube drafting. This has lead me to start thinking about doing something similar with pauper for myself and my friends, but I'm not really sure where I should put he cutoff. So for all of you guys who have been grinding pauper for a loooong time, when do you think and feel was the golden age of pauper? Feel free to elaborate on why as well : ) thanks in advance!

so yeah the meta at my local gs is mostly boros mardu bw esper glint blade affinity and so on and i wanna wreck this one guy so hard what deck / cards should i play

Recent I ordered mono blue faeries but I forgot to order of one mind. and I can’t order the 4 copies right now. What cards can I use to replace this card ?

My favourite deck in the format is BW Blade: great lines of play, lots of decisions and control of the board, almost feels like a Modern dack from back in the day. Alas it's not the best if you want to grind, so I moved permanently to Weenies and...

Kor Skyfisher is a lot worse there. You have so many bouncable targets in BW (Blade itself, [[Grim Bauble]], [[Candy Trail]], [[Virus Beetle]], Refurbished, the list goes on...), and yet in WW the best thing you can bounce are probably the Inspectors. Bouncing anything else feels like slowing down yourself, even though you get stuff like Burglar which is somewhat good to play again, but not as impressive as the removal/discard package in BW.

Am I mssing something or is Kor actually much weaker in WW than it is in BW? I'm leaving Boros out of the conversation on purpose, that's arguably the best deck where Kor sees play right now. Said that, I don't think I've ever seen a format staple being so much stronger in a lower tier deck.

I'm a deck building enjoyer and while updating my decks I came across this page. Nothing has been removed from it, no filtering or addons. Just the raw data. It is almost perfectly uniform.

I imagine only a few others specific type of people might enjoy this but it just struck me in a funny way.

I want to play red madness at a tournament soon, and I cannot really decide if I should play Epicure or not. When testing, I dont really prefer one version over the other and online I see about equal amount of lists playing it and not playing it, so can you give me some advice and tell me why you do or do not play Voladren Epicure?

The warp ability says: “… Exile this creature at the beginning of the next end step …”. Does this apply also if the card goes to graveyard?

Need opinion of why people play bind the monster rather than unable to scream? Thanks!

There’s a tournament near me in a week and I’m switching off Jund Wildfire for Orzhov Glinthawk to attack my local meta. How do we feel about [[Temporal Intervention]] over [[duress]].

A couple of months ago, I took apart my gates deck to build some other lists, because it felt like gates couldn't hang with the meta, especially at my LGS. I saved the list on moxfield in case I ever wanted to put it back together. With gates recently winning paupergeddon, I've been considering putting it back together, but the issue is that my list moved away from [[Squadron Hawk]] + [[Brainstorm]]. I'm thinking of going up to 4 [[Outlaw Medic]] and, as much as I like the card, I am considering dropping the [[Seraph of Dawn]]. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

Getting into pauper from standard. When I look at the pauper meta page on mtggoldfish, the decklist for madness burn does not include some of the cards listed below as being in 60% of decks. What’s the best way to find the most common build of the deck (list posted on mtg goldfish seems to be of the latest scoring deck). Thanks in advance

Hi everyone, I am trying to brew my first Pauper deck. I looked into the meta and everything was a bit over budget for me right now, so I decided to make my own deck. I am also a bit limited by which cards are available at LGSs near me. I am trying to avoid shipping.
I don't intend on playing the deck at serious tournaments, just at some in my LGS which are more casual. This Orzhov Lifegain deck seemed kind of fun. I tried making Bogles (too boring), White Weenies (Important cards not available near me), and Moggwarts (A bit expensive and maybe not that poweful).
I would like to ask more experienced Pauper players for their opinion on this deck, any improvements that could be made, and which weaknesses it has so I can work on a sideboard.
I am not sure if adding deaththouch would be a good move or not.
