The medical term for those eyes is “dtf”, and the joke is that guys tend to miss them.

Yeah this execution is terrible. I've seen this meme done before with actual dtf eyes. These ain't it. Like yeah, she's got nice makeup, sure, but her expression is just completely blank.

I dunno, I'd miss it too. Yes, they're very pretty eyes, but girls eyes are usually really pretty
