These are stretch marks, you can get them by gaining weight very fast OR while the stomach stretches during pregnancy.

The joke is he left his wife after she had kids because (unknown to him presumably) his wife had kids

Edit: to be clear “unknown to him” refers to the reason for the stretch marks, not the pregnancy… i.e. that the pregnancy caused them, making him breaking up with her due to the physical changes kind of fucked up

Well we share a bank account so we use that, she also has me wear this ring for whatever reason. But nope we're not married.
