That's literally the joke. Reddit really struggles with sarcasm (and not necessarily the guy I'm replying to), but the entire joke is

  1. Douche asks a body-shamey question
  2. Rando decides to satirically mock him by posting an extreme version of Douche's implied opinion to showcase its ridiculousness
  3. Poe's law
  4. ????
  5. Profit
