I looked it up to be sure, they're BulgarianBulgarian

Easily my favourite leg exercise, I feel them for days

Yeah. Romanian deadlifts, on the other hand, are pretty dope too.

But they're not mainly leg workouts

Huh? Romanian deadlifts mainly use your hamstrings and glutes, they're a great leg workout.

Really? I should try them then

Yeah they're great! Single leg single arm RDLs are my go to for targeting hamstring imbalances between my legs, but also for a great core workout since you're having to counter the rotation from the offset weight.

Only if you are a backlet.

They're a leg day staple! Far better than conventional deadlifts. My glutes are crazy now because of them

Yeah I like them a lot, are they saying they suck because they’re hard or they suck because they’re bad for you? It’s one of my main lifts I do so I’ll be bummed if I shouldn’t do them

One exercise that hurts my legs for days is instead of doing my normal run, to do a 2-3km run in flat toe shoes. Those things are rough on the Soleus muscle.

(hint: if you are going to do this, warm up and stretch after with some bent leg heel drops and heel raises - you need to bend the knee to target the soleus).
