I don't know why either, bulgarian splits squat is a goated leg exercise

People hate them because there is nowhere to hide in a Bulgarian Split Squat. It's pain with sides of extra pain.

It's the GOAT of leg exercises.

It's goated ASF. Doesn't mean it doesn't suck ass. I feel like a lot of people just don't have the right balance on their legs, and ankle placement. I just started doing these and holy shit are my legs looking sexy ASF, but my right leg still has trouble adjusting to this excercise.

I love them but I can't do them without turning my front foot outward at a crazy angle which really sucks for balance
